  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

  • Personalized or customized items (including custom covers) are non-returnable unless defective or due to an error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom covers and other personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

  • We will provide step-by-step return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except if the return is due to our error or the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

5. Refunds and Processing Times
